To express our appreciation for our team member’s dedication, and contributions, FedUp Foods is delighted to provide extra paid vacation hours (beyond the regular accrual), for each yearly anniversary. Additionally, after 5, 10, and 15 years of service, you'll also be entitled to a paid sabbatical.

At FedUp Foods, we believe in a growth mindset, and continuous improvement, and have created a FedUp Foods Academy and forged partnerships with various educational institutions to provide career development, and training opportunities to support your personal, and professional journey.

In line with FMLA guidelines, FedUp Foods is pleased to provide our team members who have worked full-time for 12 continuous months with 6 weeks of parental leave at full pay. Our parental leave policy is designed to promote gender equality, and is applicable for individuals caring for a new child through birth, adoption, or foster care placement. Additionally, birthing parents are eligible for short-term disability benefits as appropriate.

Over 73,000 oz of product donated in 2023
In 2023 we donated over 73,000 oz of product to local organizations focusing on food justice, education, environmental stewardship and more.
$115,000 to fund community & social programs through Fair Trade USA
Including: Improved facilities for an orphanage for girls in Sao Paolo, installed 6 solar heating plates and constructed a training room for job skills and crafts, supported over 800 people through sports, theater, and music uniforms.
7,500 trees planted in Appalachia
In 2023, we donated $7,500 – the equivalent of about 21 trees per day or 1 tree planted for every hour we were open for production through our partnership with One Tree Planted.
